During this worrying time, I want to reassure all our clients that Wise Investment is very well placed to continue looking after you and the investments you have with us.
The entire Wise team have laptops and our phone systems are set up in such a way that if you call the usual numbers you will get through to us, even if we are working from home. The IT systems we use are mainly cloud based and we are able to access these remotely in the same way we would if we were located in the office. This means that we are able to continue trading on portfolios and access all the information we need.
Since 16th March over 90% of the Wise team have been working from home and we have only had a small number of people still working in the office. This will continue until we get further Government guidance. However, we have been testing all our processes and are confident that they will work even if everyone has to be based at home.
For the safety of both yourselves and us we have made the decision not to have face to face meetings, but we are able to conduct our reviews by telephone or video conferencing, which we have found works well.
