Jo Radcliffe

I oversee the management and strategy of our social media platforms, ensuring they align with the company’s voice and objectives. My role also involves producing and coordinating a wide range of marketing materials for both internal and external audiences. I am responsible for the creation of our company newsletters, maintaining our website content, and keeping our blog posts current and engaging.

I first joined Wise in 2013 in a temporary administrative role while exploring potential career paths. I quickly developed a strong connection with the company and the financial services industry, and was fortunate to be offered a permanent position. In 2016, I moved into the Paraplanning team and became Head of Paraplanning in 2018. After returning from maternity leave in 2022, I transitioned into my current position, where I’ve continued to grow my skills and contribute to the company’s communications strategy.

Working at Wise has been a deeply rewarding experience. I’m proud to be part of a team where I feel valued, trusted, and genuinely enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. I look forward to continuing my journey here for many years to come.
